VPSA Paramasiva Nadar and Company is our spice grinding division established in 1981. The plant has since been continuously renovated and modernised to meet international standards and is now ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP, BRC certified by TUV NORD. We are certified under BRC The plant is capable of meeting stringent quality parameters in a safe and hygiene environment.
Our GMP ensures that food safety and hygiene requirements are scrupulously followed. From raw chillies cleaning to final packing our production lines are installed with a series of magnets at critical locations. All finished products go through a metal detector to ensure that the product meets statutory requirements.
We have state of the art manufacturing facility for manufacture of crushed and ground chillies. The plant has a capacity of 2000 tons each of crushed and ground chillies. The plant is has a built up area of 17000 sq ft with an in house sterilization plant and analytical laboratory. The plant is certified for HACCP, BRC and ISO 9001:2008 by TUV NORD.
With this new facility our installed capacity is 4000 tons crushed chillies and 4000 tons ground chillies from our two manufacturing facilities.

Packing can be done based on customer specifications in poly woven bags, kraft paper bags or carton boxes. Product can also be palletized and stretch wrapped based on requirements.
Our product range consists of coarse ground, fine ground, coarse crushed and crushed. However, if there is a specific requirement, our technical team can work to create a product that meets your special requirements.
