HISTORY
POIL was incorporated in 1992. The company is part of the 100 years old VPSA Paramasiva Nadar group of companies and is based in Virudhunagar, Tamilnadu. The origins of the family business in trading of spices date back to 1912. The family was the first exporter of stemless chillies from the country in 1964. The business is now managed by the third fourth and 5th generations. The group is credited with creation of the famed S4, S17 and S9 chillies that are now popular trade names across the world for various grades of chillies offered from India.
From a mere trading business, the company has progressed to an integrated spice processing company meeting the requirements of a wide range of customers across various countries in terms of quality and safety. Our current Product range consists of whole spices, spices powders, oleoresins and seasonings.

Manufacturing Capability
A series of mechanical cleaning systems to remove all foreign material followed by grinding, screening and blending and metal detection ensure a clean, safe and consistent product.
Dedicated production lines for ground and crushed ensure that each line has specific cleaning and grinding and crushing to ensure optimum production.
An installed capacity of 6000 metric tons of production can be done to ensure continuous supply right through the year.
