Oleoresins
Oleoresins are concentrated extracts of spices or herbs that contain both the volatile essential oil and the non-volatile resinous components of the plant. Oleoresins are commonly used in food products, such as sauces, marinades, seasonings, and snacks, to add flavour, aroma, and colour. Oleoresins are more potent than dried spices or herbs since they contain both the volatile and non-volatile components of the plant.
