Whole Spice

Spices come in their original form, such as seeds, berries, pods, or bark. They can be used whole, crushed, or ground to release their flavour and aroma. They can also be toasted or roasted before using to enhance their flavours. Whole spices are often used in spice blends, marinades, and stocks, and they can also be used to infuse liquids such as tea or mulled wine.
